Delete your Alpify account
You can delete your Alpify account (booking website and the Alpify Pro app for instructors) at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
How to delete it
- In the Alpify Pro app: Profile → Delete account.
- On this page: sign in with your account and confirm the deletion below.
- If you can't sign in, email hola@snowbook.example from your account's address and we will delete it within 30 days at the latest.
What is deleted
Your login and profile (name, photo, language), your instructor profiles and their listing, your availability and calendar, your documents and photos, the devices registered for notifications, your saved cards and the content of the chat messages you sent.
What is kept and why
Past bookings and their payment and invoicing data are kept, unlinked from your identity and with an anonymised email, for the period required by accounting and tax law (up to 6 years). Payouts to instructors are also recorded by Stripe, our payment processor.
Before you delete it
An account with bookings in progress (pending, confirmed or with a payment still to be settled) cannot be deleted. Cancel them or wait until they finish, then try again.
